He joined the company in 1975 and was appointed to the board in 1990 becoming Chairman in 1993.
Mr A G Calder
Deputy Chairman (age 61)
He joined the company in 1996 and was appointed to the board in 1998 becoming Deputy Chairman in January 2006.
Mr G A Kanellis
Chief Executive (age 43)
Was appointed Chief Executive in June 2006. He joined the company in 1993 and was appointed to the board in 2003.
Mr C G Davis
Regional Director - Africa (age 46)
He joined the company in 1993 and was appointed to the board in 2006.
Mr B H Leigh
Finance Director (age 37)
He joined the company in 1997 and was appointed to the board in 2006.
Mr J Pantelireis
Supply Chain Director (age 54)
He joined the company in 1980 and was appointed to the board in 2005 having held a number of senior positions with the Group.
Independent non-executive directors
Mr D W Lewis (age 63)
A former partner of Addleshaw Goddard. Appointed to the board in 2004, Mr Lewis is the senior non-executive director.
Professor J A Arnold (age 64)
A chartered accountant and Chairman of Manchester Business School Incubator Limited. He was previously Director and Dean of Manchester Business School. Appointed to the board in 2007.
Mr S J N Heale (age 55)
A chartered accountant and Chief Executive of CHINA NOW. Appointed to the board in 2008.
Mr J T J Steel (age 48)
A chartered accountant and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Arbuthnot Securities. Appointed to the board in 2005.
