Caroline Silver joined the PZ Cussons Board as a Non-executive Director in 2014, becoming Senior Independent Director in 2016 and Chair in 2017. She has worked within the investment banking sector for over 30 years and was most recently a Partner and Managing Director at Moelis & Company. She is a chartered accountant and has previously held senior corporate finance and M&A positions at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. She has a wealth of international experience especially within African markets.

Jonathan is an experienced FMCG executive, having worked for a number of well-known businesses across a range of categories including personal care, homecare and food and nutrition. Prior to joining PZ Cussons on 1 May 2020, he was Chief Operating Officer at Avon Products Inc, a multi-level marketing company in beauty, household and personal care categories, where he had global responsibility for Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital, Research & Development and IT and was a core member of the executive team delivering a successful turnaround of the business.
He spent the first 21 years of his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked across a range of categories and had extensive experience in Asia, South America and beyond. At Procter & Gamble he progressed to General Manager, Oral Care and Feminine Care for the Greater China Region, before he moved to Kellogg Company, the US multinational food manufacturing group, where he held a number of senior leadership positions, serving as Managing Director, UK and Ireland from 2012 and then also Vice President, European Markets from 2014.

Sarah joins PZ Cussons from Nomad Foods, the market-leading branded frozen food manufacturer and listed on the New York stock exchange, where she most recently served as deputy Chief Financial Officer and, before that, as CFO of the Birds Eye business.
Sarah is a Chartered Management Accountant, having qualified with PwC, and has held senior finance positions with Diageo, Tesco and Unilever - bringing with her a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.
Sarah studied Biochemistry at Oxford University.

John Nicolson joined the PZ Cussons Board as Non-executive Director in 2016. John has significant experience of global consumer goods businesses for both developed and emerging markets. He has held senior positions in the FMCG sector, including Regional President and Executive Committee member of Heineken NV and Executive Board Director for international markets at Scottish & Newcastle.

Dariusz Kucz joined the PZ Cussons Board as Non-executive Director on 1 May 2018. Until recently, he was Chief Top Line Officer of Haribo, the international confectionery company, leading its global commercial operations. He has previously held senior leadership roles at Danone, where he led the baby food business in Asia Pacific, and Wrigley, where he was Regional VP, Central and Eastern Europe.

Skills and experience: Kirsty is Chief People & Communications Officer at Diaverum AB where she leads all aspects of the people and stakeholder engagement agendas. Prior to this she held a number of senior executive positions during a long career with BP, leading the strategic co-ordination of BP's global B2B business and finishing her career as Global Head of Organisational Effectiveness. After leaving BP in 2015, she founded QuayFive, advising CEOs on change, organisational culture and leadership. Kirsty is an experienced Remuneration Committee chair and assumed the role 1 July 2020 having been on the Committee since her arrival onto the Board in November 2019. Kirsty has a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

He is also a former Accounting Council Member of the Financial Reporting Council.
