Morning Fresh’s “The Care We Share” Campaign Demonstrates PZ’s Brand-Building Strength in Nigeria
Morning Fresh’s The Care We Share campaign is a strong example of how PZ builds brands from deep consumer insight and turns everyday moments into culturally relevant conversations.
Built around the simple question, “Who should wash the dishes?”, the campaign challenged a familiar household norm: that dishwashing is the responsibility of one person, often shaped by gendered expectations.
Rooted in Morning Fresh’s brand purpose of caring for the caregiver, the campaign positioned the brand as an advocate for shared responsibility, partnership and togetherness in the modern Nigerian home.
A compelling television commercial brought the idea to life, showing that in today’s family, care is shared. Morning Fresh’s 10x action power reinforced the product benefit: cleaning feels easier and faster, helping make shared care practical as well as meaningful.
The campaign moved quickly from advertising into culture. Influencers, leading voices and everyday creators amplified the message, helping turn a simple household question into a broad national conversation.
The results were significant, with over 100 million impressions, nearly 50 million people reached and more than 7 million engagements. The campaign also supported measurable value share brand growth, including a 2.7-point improvement in March 2026 and a 2.3pts MAT growth.*
The campaign was also recognised as PR Campaign of the Year at the ADVAN Awards, further validating its cultural relevance, creative strength and business impact. This highlights PZ’s ability to combine consumer understanding, purposeful creativity and effective execution to strengthen brand equity in one of its core markets.
