PZ Cussons is pleased to welcome Euphemia Annor Rwigema, who joins the business today as General Counsel and Company Secretary and becomes a member of the Executive Committee.
Euphemia brings extensive legal and leadership experience gained over more than 16 years across the UK, Europe and Africa. She joins from The Kraft Heinz Company, where she is General Counsel, Northern Europe, leading legal, compliance and government affairs across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
Previously, Euphemia spent nearly eight years at Reckitt in senior global and regional legal leadership roles. Her experience includes leading the global legal team responsible for the global end-to-end innovation and commercialisation of Reckitt’s Health business and serving as Regional Legal Director, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for Africa, where she established and led the legal function across 21 countries including South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya.

Euphemia began her career in private practice in South Africa and holds an LLB and an LLM in Multidisciplinary Human Rights from the University of Pretoria. Born in Ghana and raised in South Africa, she is now based in the UK.
