Case
We’re well placed to create sustainable shareholder value, targeting double-digit total shareholder return through the cycle through growth in EPS and a progressive dividend payment.
1. Locally-loved BRANDS
Brands are the foundation of our business. Our locally-loved brands have significant and cultural relevance in their home market with New Product Development based upon local insights.
2. Proven CAPABILITIES
In our four lead markets, we have proven go-to-market capabilities and manufacturing scale. These provide us with the right to win against both larger multinationals and smaller but more agile local players.
3. Balanced Portfolio
We have focused our business, and our portfolio has a natural balance, split between developed markets and emerging markets - each playing their own role in delivering for the Group overall.
4. Clear Capital Allocation policy
We will maintain a strong balance sheet, with target leverage of 1.0x to 1.5x net debt/EBITDA and pay a progressive dividend. We will target bolt-on acquisitions in the UK and ANZ, and these will be assessed against the potential for cash returns to shareholders.
5. Revenue and profit growth
Our financial algorithm sees mid-single-digit like for like revenue growth and continued productivity gains drive high-single digit EPS growth (reported FX).
