PZ Cussons is organised into five Business Units:
• UK Personal Care
• Africa; Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana
• Asia; Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore
• ANZ; Australia and New Zealand
• Beauty; UK, USA and ANZ
These Units are supported by a small but best in class ‘Group’ team, based at our head office in Manchester.

By managing our finances effectively and efficiently, our finance team supports all aspects of our business. Driving decision making and future planning, the team provides a platform for our strategy, performance and value creation. The functions has a wide variety of roles, from management accounting to financial analysis and investor relations.
HR is a vital and progressive part of the business. People are at the heart of everything we do – our purpose, strategy and culture – and our key focus is to build high performing teams that drive growth. As such, HR works with leaders at all levels to develop rewarding careers for our people now and for future generations to come. Working in HR means developing strong relationships with our leaders and people, providing expertise in organisational development, design, change management, employee relations, talent development and policy.
Global Supply Chain
Our Global Supply Chain team leads a large supply system to produce and provide the products and services our business needs. They are responsible for managing all our manufacturing sites and for procurement for every facet of our business. The team is also vital to our innovation, playing a key role in developing new products to delight our customers and consumers. Being a part of the team could involve a broad range of roles, from manufacturing to procurement and research & development.
As a brand-led and brand building business, we need people who can understand and develop the brands that our consumers want and need. Our marketing teams work with our customers and partners to bring our brands to the consumer in new and innovative ways, and at the right price. Marketing at PZ covers a range of roles from category management, to digital and eCommerce, and commercial partnership management.
Our IT teams support the business with the technology needed to run all our global operations and achieve our growth objectives. Alongside maintaining a stable IT infrastructure, the team provides our people with the tools to do their job in a global, digital age as we move towards a dynamic, diverse and connected culture. We have a wide variety of roles, from IT infrastructure and software support, to programme management and digital change.
Our sustainability team is committed to delivering on our ambition to put sustainability at the heart of everything we do. They are responsible for monitoring and progressing a programme of constant improvement across our global operations, and for managing our journey to become a B Corp.
Joining the team could mean making a key contribution to our targeted areas of interest and concern, including our 2023 Palm Oil Action Plan and our reduction targets for energy, water and waste.

Our sales teams are responsible for taking brand visions and strategies to our trade customers and helping those customers understand how our great products will drive value and shoppers into their categories. They are tasked with getting our brands into as many homes/touchpoints as possible, and driving physical availability of our products through optimising distribution and visibility, to ensure that we’re delighting as many of our current and future consumers as possible.
