Deliver Sales Targets
Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned area.
Manage Distributor and Customer Performance
Ensure effective distributor operations and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.
Lead and Develop the Sales Team
Coach, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams to improve capability, productivity, and engagement.
Drive Execution Excellence
Ensure consistent execution of company priorities, including assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.
Monitor Business Performance and Identify Opportunities
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to develop action plans that accelerate business growth.
Requirement :
Experience to handling distribution channel
Educational Background Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline
At least 5-7 years experience in Sales position
Computer literate (Basic Application)
Able to Communicate in English.
Good administration skill
Having good negotiation and Interpersonal skill
