PZ CUSSONS WINS equality AWARD

PZ Cussons has been recognised for work to champion gender equality at the tenth anniversary of the 2026 Northern PoWEer Women Awards, the largest celebration of gender equality in Europe.

The awards honour role models and trailblazers, championing the pursuit of a more gender-equal world and has a community of over 120,000 people spanning all sectors, genders and socio-economic groups.

PZ Cussons was honoured as the 2026 Large Organisation Winner, recognising the progress the business is making to create an environment where people feel supported to contribute, grow, and succeed. The award reflects a continued commitment to building an inclusive culture and supporting positive change in local communities. 

Cath Bailey, Chief People Officer at PZ Cussons and members of the leadership team were presented with the award by Simone Roche, MBE and co-host Nina Hossain at the event in Manchester.

Cath Bailey said: “I am immensely proud of our People function and our teams at PZ Cussons. We are really committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and have made huge progress, backed by data and confirmed by policies and activity across our business units that are driving meaningful change for everyone who works for us – and everyone thinking about joining us.”
