Job Description :
- Observe machine operations and document current working methods.
- Assist in drafting and updating Machine Working Instructions (MWI) based on actual practice.
- Create visual aids (photos, flow diagrams, step-by-step guides).
- Support Production Manager in reviewing working instruction after major breakdown.
- Propose improvement ideas to simplify or clarify machine instruction steps.
- Assist in pilot testing revised instructions.
- COordinate with Porduction and Engineering team to validate instruction accuracy
Requirements:
Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Basic understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
