JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop short and medium term promotion, distribution, and channel strategies in focus key channels
- Responsible for all Front Liners Capability, working with marketing team and bring up to next level for Channel Baby Shop, Modern Trade – visibility / in-store execution.
- Lead several project Creator as project champion as per deliverables
- Lead monitoring, evaluation, and analysis implementation
- Responsible in terms of promotion/tradex effectiveness
- Translating brand strategies into channel Road to market.
- Working together cross functional team in managing channel’s profitability & providing “creative” ways in developing channels
- Enhance corporate knowledge by evaluation and analysis of activity results
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum experience 10 years (specific experience in traditional (must) channel) with at least 5 year in a multi functional team
- Have working experience in FMCG
- Have experience in leading some projects
- High English proficiency and computer skill (Microsoft Office), distributor management system software and trade promotion system
- Moderate effective people management, good communication skills, and positive behavior
- Open minded and challenge convention mindset
